SITUATION: Scott Duncan is an Emmy award winning cinematographer who has been a client for IT support for many years. Scott roams the world, going from project to project. More than likely you have seen his work on television including events like the Summer Olympics and the Survivor series. Because of his need to communicate daily with his offices from remote locations, his telecommunications costs were approaching thousands of dollars per project.

SOLUTION: We worked with Scott and his team to understand their needs and came up with a cost effect approach that enables the team to collaborate even more effectively. They began using Keystone IT’s hosted VoIP solution and a software phone on his laptop.
